We had a really great experience with Wells Pools from start to finish. Joel was actually recommended to us by a family friend, and honestly, we’re really glad we went with him. We had just finished building our home and wanted to complete the backyard with a pool and overall design. From day one, Joel was super easy to work with. He was upfront about what could and couldn’t be done, gave us great ideas, and at the same time really listened to what we wanted. What we appreciated most was the communication. He kept us in the loop the whole time, from permits to construction to the final touches. There were a few design changes along the way, but he handled everything smoothly. No delays, no headaches. We also got quotes from four different pool companies in the Rocklin area, and Joel came in as the best value. He didn’t try to upsell us or overcharge, which was great. The quality of his work speaks for itself, we’re really happy with how everything turned out. He was also super flexible, easy to get a hold of, and throughout the entire process we felt like he genuinely had our best interest in mind. We’ve already had two of our neighbors decide to go with him after seeing our backyard, which says a lot. I had heard plenty of horror stories from friends about their pool builds with different companies. The only positive experience I’d heard was from a friend who used Wells Pools. I ended up bidding them against Paradise Pools, and the pricing came out nearly identical. Choosing Wells Pools was the right decision. I couldn’t be happier with Dave and his level of communication and follow-through throughout the entire process. They completed the pool within just 5 weeks of excavation. They started in November, which makes that timeline even more impressive. While we may have gotten a little help from the weather, their commitment to staying on schedule and meeting expectations (even when mine are high) was executed flawlessly. I’ve already referred them to several people and stand behind them 100%. We had a great experience working with Wells Pools. They were very communicative and professional, answering any and all questions immediately. The workmanship on the pool is impeccable, and done in an extremely efficient manner. We were constructing an ADU next to the pool simultaneously, and they did a wonderful job working together with the ADU contractor to time steps appropriately and streamline the overall process. I've heard horror stories about other pool companies, but we had none of these issues with Wells. We highly recommend Wells Pools. Andrew Reego provided excellent service from design to completion and custom designed a large lap pool with an automatic cover and thermal solar heating. He was always very responsive and a pleasure to work with, as were the efficient crews for every stage of construction. He had a better timeframe and design than other companies and it was completed in time for the swimming season and to budget. Dave was wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable, patient, reasonable, responsive, transparent, and collaborative with the other contractors. Our project was delayed getting started due to city permits, but once we got the green light, it was full steam ahead, go go go, and our pool actually completed close to the initial time we were hoping for! We appreciated everyone working directly together, meeting in our backyard, calling each other directly. It's been 6 months and Dave is still very responsive. For example, we had a leak from a pipe in the pool equipment, and it was fixed that same week. Thanks!Load more
